Learning Vedic Meditation

01 Free Intro Talk

This free session is the first step to learning Vedic Meditation. You’ll learn more about the technique and its many benefits, how it differs from other meditation techniques you may have tried, how the course works, and how the course investment is structured. The talk will take about 30 minutes, with time at the end for questions.

02 Four-Day Course

  • Witness a short gratitude ceremony and receive your personalised mantra and first instructions (60min)

  • Learn how to use the mantra, integrate meditation into everyday life and navigate experiences during meditation (90min)

  • Understand the mechanics of stress, the nature of thoughts and the connection between body and mind (90min)

  • Explore the benefits of consistent practice: the expansion of consciousness and a life free of irrelevant stresses (90min)

  • Check the technique and clarify questions in two complimentary private sessions with Bé (45 min)

03 Lifetime Support

  • Receive weekly email followups with helpful reminders from the course, answers to common questions, and encouragement to keep practicing consistently.
