01 Free Intro Talk
This free session is the first step to learning Vedic Meditation. You’ll learn more about the technique and its many benefits, how it differs from other meditation techniques you may have tried, how the course works, and how the course investment is structured. The talk will take about 30 minutes, with time at the end for questions.
02 Four-Day Course
